Basecamp Flow

During our Basecamp Flow class you can experience novel transitions amongst all the loved and familiar poses. These dynamic classes link poses to create a flow that brings awareness, stability, and strength to both body and mind. Our Basecamp Flow will offer you the opportunity to deepen your meditation practice through our guidance. Every sequence is thoughtfully and intentionally curated by each individual teacher. As each teacher is unique, the classes will be too. 

Revive & Restore

Come and get your R&R at our Revive and Restore class, Yin Yang with a twist! The first half of the class is dynamic and designed to prepare the body to drop into a restorative space in the second half. There, you will be led into a super delicious Yin, Yoga Nidra or supported Restorative practice and a short guided meditation. This practice is the perfect antidote to our busy lives, a chance to reset, recharge and honour the deep need for rest. 

Yin & Nidra

Join us on the mat for the ultimate experience in relaxation and mindfulness. Preparing the body with a soothing Yin practice before being guided into a Yoga Nidra, or yogic sleep. Yoga Nidra is an ancient practice intended to allow the mind and body to reach the deepest state of relaxation possible, whilst maintaining consciousness. You will be guided through a multi-step process to shift your awareness from the outside world, into your inner realm.

Our signature class will leave your body and mind feeling strong, revitalised, and energised. This practice flows through a dynamic and athletic sequence. We promise you will sweat, be challenged, and leave connected to your power. This is a heated class, open to all levels of practitioners.

Power Pilates

Feel the burn and embrace the shake with Basecamps Power Pilates. Connect to your body through controlled movements set to improve your flexibility, strength and endurance. In this class you can expect an emphasis on alignment, breathing techniques and the development of core awareness. This class is set to music and is slightly heated.

Candlelight Yin

The antidote to stress – relaxation. Join us for a gentle Candlelight Yin practice geared to reset your body and mind. With the use of props and extended holds you will feel fully supported, allowing your body to release, relax and let go with mindful awareness. This class offers soft music and is slightly heated.
